A November Pause

October is nearly done, November is nearly here!

It’s been a WILD few months, and this belly dancer is going to take a well-deserved “break.” I will not be available for belly dance performances during (most of) the month of November (but, yeah, well, I will be participating in NaNoWriMo, so this hardly qualifies as a “break”).

Never fear! My classes are still ALL ON! In fact, this is the perfect time to sign up, because the new session starts on Tuesday, November 4th! Interested? Sign up here!

And…speaking of classes, I have a bit of exciting news to share. I will be starting a student troupe, officially, after November.

If you aren’t already aware, the current students in my Intro to Tribal Fusion class (at Arabesque Studios in Chicago) have been working HARD this session to get ready for their debut performance as Ahsena! They will be performing at the 10th Anniversary Hafla at Arabesque on Sunday, November 2nd! Please consider coming by and helping me support my awesome students!

But I will be making it OFFICIAL after that.

If you are interested in being a part of the troupe, a new page will be going up soon about it, so watch my Facebook and Twitter feeds for more information.

For now, hurray to all of my debut Ahsena dancers!
